What's Your Golden Rule?

This article from Business 2.0 should be required reading no matter what business you're in. CEO's from all kinds of companies talk about what key philosophy or rule has been central to their success. The responses are often more simple than you would expect and many are enlightening. My Golden Rule in life and in business has always been to be kind to others. I might not be as far along in my life as I would like by using that rule, but it speaks to who I am at the core and I wouldn't want to change that.
